About the event
We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting another dinner party in early September with Henderson & Kane General Store!
This dinner will be focused around pairing Lambrusco and Brisket! If you don't know much about Lambrusco, it is a traditionally Italian wine that can come in a number of different varieties ranging from dry to sweet and come in colors from light red to dark purple! Generally fruit forward and slightly sparkling, it is a natural pairing with flavorful and rich meat dishes, such as brisket. Henderson & Kane is already developing a reputation for one of the best new "undiscovered" barbeque spots -- so come join us and see what its all about!
Ticket includes a social hour with appetizers and cocktails plus a 3-course dinner with wine pairing!
Burnt End Bruschetta Dressed with Carmelized Red Onion and Bleu Cheese paired with Kalimotxo Cocktail
Crispy Pork Belly and Black Eyed Peas in a salsa verde served with house flour tortilla, paired with Dolce Lambrusco
Pan Seared Gulf shrimp over green hatch chile and cheese grits with smoked Succotash, paired with Dry Lambrusco Rose-Pistachio Macarons filled with rose buttercream, paired with Rosso Dolce Lambrusco
